I have been happily married to my husband for 13 years, and we recently moved back to Minnesota after a few years in Kentucky, where my husband completed his seminary degree . We are a ministry family, with my husband pastoring a church and my 3 children showing everyone what perfect PKs are meant to be. (Okay, not really. I lose my religion most Sunday mornings in the two hours before church, trying to get them ready and out the door.) We have been blessed abundantly and are very grateful for the life that we have. I am a massage therapist, and love the flexibility that offers to me. I am an avid reader, Facebook and Pinterest junkie, and am addicted to sugar. I love to write, and honestly do not expect many people to even see my blog, but feel the need to write one anyway. Sharing my heart, my thoughts, my craziness is just something I feel I need to do. I love to cook and bake, and hate doing dishes. I love to experiment with food, much to the dismay of my children, who only enjoy pizza and chicken nuggets. I am a runner (even though I’ve completed a marathon, I STILL have a hard time calling myself that!). I am creative and artsy, and wish that I had more money and time to devote to those aspects of my life. But most of all, I am a woman striving to live a whole and grace-filled life, finding peace and hope in the Resurrection story. I am thankful for the mercy and salvation that I have found through Christ. I hope you enjoy reading my posts and that they make you laugh, or cry, or be grateful for your own blessings. Thank you for visiting!
